What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your new decor! We offer a two-step peace-of-mind policy:
- Returns: If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 24 hours of Aramex delivering your package. The item must be in its original packaging.
- Exchanges: If you’d prefer a different style or stone color, we offer exchanges for up to 14 days after delivery.
- Condition: In both cases, the item must be in its original, unused condition to be eligible.
Are any purchases final sale?
All of our collection is eligible for return or exchange within our standard windows. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within that 24-hour window so we can file a claim with Aramex.
When will I get my order?
Handcrafting takes time! Most pieces are ready to ship within 3-7 business days. Once Aramex picks up your tree or flower, we’ll send you a tracking number.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Because these trees and flowers are designed to have a unique, hand-finished look, no two pieces are exactly the same. While your item will match the style and color shown in the shop, you should expect slight variations in the arrangement and shape of the materials. This ensures your piece has its own individual character.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping and handling rate of R99.00 nationwide. All orders over R750.00 qualify for free shipping!
